Flapping Bee, Yoneya, Japan. Blue Version.
Original vintage tin plate 'Flapping Bee' novelty toy from the late 1960's/70's. Marked with the Yoneya trade mark (YONE within a diamond). The manufacturers number "2174" is also marked. In dual purpose box used for either Flapping Bee or Flapping Butterfly. Tin plate body, plastic wings, base etc.
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor with integral key.
Action:- Moves along with wings flapping.
Size:- 6.00 inch wing span approx.
Condition:- In good condition, working. Good box, complete, but with some wear and tear, label etc. Please refer to photograph.
