Love Love Beetle, Taiyo, Japan.
A nice example of the 'Love Love Beetle' manufactured by Taiyo in Japan. Both toy and box are marked with the Taiyo trade mark. Dates to the 1960's.
Mechanism:- Battery operated.
Action:- Bump N Go and Non-Fall mechanisms with flashing light in back window.
Size:- 10.00 inches long approx.
Condition:- In very good condition. Tested and in working order. No obvious signs of play. Bump N Go action, non fall and flashing light are all working correctly. There is some tarnish on the plain tin plate (silver) door trims but strangely not on any of the other trim, bumpers/fenders etc. The box is also in good condition.
