Original tin plate penguin, with waistcoat and bow tie, novelty toy produced in France by Joustra. Marked with the Joustra trade mark. Dates to the1950's - 1960's.
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor with integral key.
Action:- Wobbles about erratically simulating the Pengun gait rather well.
Size:- 4.00 inches high approx.
