Original vintage tin plate 'Turtle' novelty toy from the 1960's. Both box and toy are marked with the DAIYA trade mark (DAYIA within a diamond) and "Made in Japan". Tin plate body and head with plastic base.
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor with separate key.
Action:- Moves around in a circle with head moving from side to side. Periodically rolls over.
Size:- 6.50 inch long approx.
Condition:- In good condition, working. Some signs of wear, mainly on the top, centre of the shell. Good box. Complete. Please refer to photographs.
