Novelty Money Box, Lemezaru Gyar, Hungary.
Original vintage tin plate money box toy produced throughout the 1960's/70's/80's period by Lemezaru Gyar in Hungary. Not marked with a trade mark. In original plain, unmarked box. A variety of different versions of this money box were produced with different lithography. The whole thing is a re-manufacture produced with German tooling so you can also find earlier German versions.
Mechanism:- Hand operated.
Action:- Novelty action - to insert coin 1/. Slide catch on window to right. 2/. Lay coin on spring loaded, tongue shaped shelf that appears. 3/. Press catch to left of window. 4/. Coin is deposited inside money box.
Size:- 0.00 inches long approx.
Condition:- In very good condition, appears unused. The box is also in good condition. Please refer to photographs.
