Original vintage "Jet Propelled Boat" toy manufactured by Mechanex Ltd., Great Britain. In original box with instructions etc. May be aluminium rather than tin plate.
Mechanism:- Marangoni propulsion. Propulsion induced by a surface tension gradient. Powered by a small amount of camphor or methylated spirit.
Action:- Chemically powered boat.
Size:- 4.50 inches long approx.
Condition:- Both toy and box are in good condition. Please refer to photographs.
