Original vintage tin plate "Oltimer Car" toy. This Mercer Type 35J, from 1913, is one of a series produced by Schuco. Toy and box marked with all the Schuco information. Beautifully made and ingenious car with multiple gears etc.
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor.
Action:- Working steering via the steering wheel. Working hand brake. Multi gear including including neutral where the car stands still and shakes.
