Original vintage 'Automatic Chocolate Machine & Savings Bank'. Designed to fit Cadburys mini chocolate bars. Manufactured by Peter Pan Playthings. Marked "Made in England". This may be the first plastic version of this toy. It dates to pre 1971. It is still possible to obtain chocolates to fit this item but, unfortunately, not from Cadbury (as is shown on the reverse of the packaging). Included are a couple of old pennies (1d) with this item so you can operate it.
Mechanism:- Hand operated.
Action:- Money box. Dispenses mini chocolate bar when 1d coin inserted.
Size:- box 10.50 x 4.00 x 2.75 inches approx.
Condition:- In very good condition but with some fading of gold painted highlights. The box is also in good condition with a couple of very small tears.
