Original 1960's tin plate "Antique Fire Car" from Nomura, Japan. The toy itself does not carry a trade mark but it's clear from boxed examples that this is a Nomura / Showa product. See trade mark illustrations! Showa are probably the manufacturers and Nomura the distributors. The toy is marked "Made in Japan". This is an Impressive toy with complex action.
Mechanism:- Battery operated.
Action:- Mystery Action / Bump n'Go, smoking radiator, siren, flashing light, fireman waves flag, fireman's head turns.
Size:- 10.00 inches long approx.
Condition:- In very good condition. Not currently working (but may be repaired, time permitting). No box. Please refer to photographs.
