Vintage "Elm Park Flash" pop pop boat made by Romford Tool & Gauge Co., Ltd., Romford, England. Dates to the 1950's/60's. With candle / fuel tray.
Mechanism:- Steam / pop pop motor.
Action:- Steam powered boat.
Size:- 4.50 inches long approx. (including rudder).
