Jet Speed Boat, Vintage Pop Pop Boat, Great Britain.
Vintage pop pop boat by an unknown British manufacturer. There are no trade marks / names or other identification on either toy or box. The Union Jack flag transfer makes me wonder if it might be Dibro as the small tanks made by this company usually have a similar flag sticker. Dates to the 1950's/60's. With candle / fuel tray. Quite a rare toy and although the box is not great it is good have something.
Mechanism:- Steam / pop pop motor.
Action:- Steam powered boat.
Size:- 5.50 inches long approx. (including rudder).
Condition:- In good condition. I don't think it has been used as there are no burn marks on the upper surfaces. The box has lost most of its end flaps, just one main flap remaining (re-attached). Please see photos. Open photos in new tab for full screen view.
