Logcutter With Swinging Monkey, Yoneya, Japan.
Original vintage tin plate "Logcutter With Swinging Monkey" novelty toy. Marked with the Yoneya trade mark (Yone within a diamond). In original box which is also marked with the Yoneya trade mark and "Made in Japan". Dates to the mid 1960's I believe.
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor with integral key.
Action:- Figures pull saw backwards and forwards through log. The monkey swings from side to side at the same time..
Size:- box 6.25 x 3.50 x 3.75 inches approx.
Condition:- The toy is in very good condition, ex shop stock (a sample I believe). The box is in good condition but the supplier has stamped the manufacturer number on the lid (see below the word Logcutter on the box lid).
