Road Race Game, Fairylite.
Vintage Fairylite board game. Made in England. Consists of colourful board and separate box containing period racing car shaped counters, shaker, dice. The game instructions are printed inside the lid of the counter box. Dates to c. 1950.
Size:- 14.50 x 14.50 inches approx.
Condition:- In very good condition. Complete. Appears to little used/unused. The counters are all present although they are showing signs of the powdery surface that these early plastics sometimes develop. The playing board is in a really clean condition, almost like new. The label is fresh and undamaged. There is no wear on the playing surface and the fold is not split or damaged. There is a little wear on the outer surfaces. The counter box is also very fresh and clean but the label has been applied a little unevenly. Please see photos (open in new tab/window to see full size image).
