Robot With Spark, Yoneya, Japan.
Original vintage tin plate "Robot With Spark" from the 1960's. Paddle-foot robot produced by Yoneya. Marked with the Yoneya (SY) trade mark and "Made in Japan".
Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up motor.
Action:- Classic paddle-foot mechanism. The robot runs along on wheels. The wheels have 'feet' attached which give the impression that the robot is walking. There is a sparking mechanism in the chest.
Size:- 6.75 inches high approx.
Condition:- In very good condition with some light marking. The main walking mechanism is working but the flint in the spark mechanism has worn down. Please refer to photographs.
