Vintage Toto Dicer dice throwing gadget. Marked on reverse (pressed into the metal) "Toto Dicer, Made In Engkand, Patent Pending". Consists of three dice trapped within a glass fronted compartment. When the small switch is moved from side to side the dice are flicked upwards/ thrown.
