Up She Goes Vintage Tin Plate Novelty Car Track Toy.
Original vintage "Up She Goes" tin plate novelty toy. This is a car elevator toy very similar to the Distler (Ess Dee) "Over The Top" toy. Also the Alps/Kuramochi "Over The Hill" and Wolverine "Over & Under" toys. Some of the pressings look identical but the car is simplified.

Mechanism:- Clockwork/Wind-Up motor.
Action:- The car is picked up by levers and moved to the upper track. It is then released and rolls down the upper track until it joins the lower track. Momentum takes the car to the end of the lower track until it is stopped. The car then rolls back down the lower track to the point where it is again picked up. Cycle repeats..
