World Train.
Vintage tin plate "World Train". In original box. Both toy and box are marked with the Usagiya trade mark (rabbit head) and "Made In Japan".
Mechanism:- Friction drive mechanism.
Action:- Simple friction drive. Piston, con rod, crank assembly moves as wheels turn.
Size:- 11.25 inches long approx.
Condition:- In good condition. I don't think this has been played with although there are a few light marks. There is no wear on the base where you would normally find it. These were put together by hand, and this one looks quite fiddly to assemble, so I think a few marks are to be expected. The piston assembly is a little tarnished and the wheels have become a little discoloured over time. The box is also in good condition.
